What is the deadline for membership renewal?
The membership renewal deadline is October 31, 2009. After October 31, an additional $60 late fee will be added to your dues.
When and how will I receive my membership dues notice?
You should have received a membership dues notice via e-mail, as long as you have a valid e-mail address in the ORRA database.
When will online membership dues payment be available?
Online dues payments are currently available. How do I pay my dues online?
Log into “Member Access” (http://ims.orlrealtor.org/) and click on the link entitled “My Account - ORRA - Dues/Payments.” If you have trouble logging on, please delete the cookies from your web browser.
I have not received a membership dues notice (invoice) for my membership. How can I get one?
You should have received a membership dues notice via e-mail in September, as long as you have a valid e-mail address in the ORRA database.
If you have not received a membership dues notice, this could mean your e-mail address is not on file or it needs to be updated in the database. To access your invoice, log into “Members Only” (http://ims.orlrealtor.org/) and click on the link entitled “My ORRA Account - Dues/Invoice/Payments.”
How can I change my e-mail address, billing address or any other personal information that needs to be changed?
Log into “Members Only” (http://ims.orlrealtor.org/) and change your personal information. Once you have submitted the changed information it will update your record in the database.
How do I get my login ID and password?
Your login ID is your IMS Logon ID or Member Number (NRDS#). If you do not have your password, visit the IMS Member Login page (http://ims.orlrealtor.org/) and click on “Forgot your password.” You will be prompted to enter your IMS Logon ID. (Your e-mail must be on file with ORRA for this to work.)
If you do not have your password and your e-mail is not on file with ORRA, please contact communications@orlrealtor.com. How do I know if ORRA received my renewal payment?
To check the status of your ORRA renewal payment, log into “Member Access” (http://ims.orlrealtor.org/) and click on the link entitled “My Account - ORRA - Dues/Payments.” If the payment has been recorded, it will show as applied, and the balance due will be zero.
If ORRA has your valid e-mail address on file, you will receive an automated receipt after paying dues online. What credit cards are accepted for payment of dues?
VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards are accepted for payment of ORRA dues. Telechecks are also accepted online. |
